90% of India makes less than 25,000: Jay Kotak slams 50,000 minimum bank balance rule

Jay Kotak's comment came shortly after ICICI Bank hiked its minimum balance for savings accounts to 50,000. The Kotak 811 co-head however did not explicitly mention the name of the lender in his X post.
